Refund policy
We only accept returns and refunds on damaged items.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be damaged at the time you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is not damaged then you are not eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, please contact us at jazbatee3@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you would like to change the size or color of an order you have made, please contact us at jazbatee3@gmail.com within 24hrs and we will try our best to amend this for you. Â
